Classic Car Day
The Rotary Club of Westbury will again be holding a Classic Car Day on the Westbury Village Green on Sunday 21st October and the Jaguar Club is invited.
Meet at The Old Heighway Cafe at 9:30am, so that we may arrive in convoy at the Westbury Village Green.

Meet at Sandy Bay beach car park at the apartments (meeting place of Classics by the Beach) at 8am for a full day tour of Bruny island and lunch at the Bruny hotel (menu can be viewed online).
Please note that the ferry cost is $33 return per car and $23 for pension card holders.

The monthly Cat Chat is held at the new Shannons meeting room, at 212-218 Murray Street in Hobart. The meeting room is up the lane from Murray Street, behind the Shannons office. As we are unable to leave the door open, please continue up the lane a little more, and knock loudly on the roller doors and we will let you in.

Strathgordon trip
Meet at the train park at Granton at 9.00 am for a 9.20 departure, for a leisurely cruise to Strathgordon for lunch at the Lodge.
There will be time for morning tea along the way.

Woolmers Estate is a unique and fascinating reflection of colonial life in Tasmania and is one of the most historically significant heritage properties in Australia. Woolmers will be displaying thousands of roses, Antique Fair, Art Exhibition together with showcasing local produce. Over 80 stalls ranging from wine, food, jewellery, art and crafts.
Special Guests are Ben Milbourne, Gardening Guru Angus Stewart and Henry and Anna from Tasmanian Truffles.
There will be kite flying, whip cracking, Thomas the Train and much, much more for families and children.
(This is the alternate Northern Run for November.)
Meet at the Motor Museum at 10.30am.
We will drive in convoy on the picturesque back roads to the Lalla Gallery, then onto the fabulous Rhododendron Gardens, (fee applies) and finishing up at Lilydale Falls for a BBQ.
