The day dawned bright and sunny - Hooray!!! On arrival at Charles Hand Park, I was greeted by a handful of Club regulars. Over the next hour or so another 5 arrived making a grand total of 8 Jaguars, 2 Daimlers and Lorraine's new Holden.

With approximately 500 vehicles and bikes on display there was certainly plenty for the petrol heads to look at. We had a number of membership enquiries and Marilyn was in her element selling regalia even Jaguar hats to members of the Post Vintage Car Club! There was plenty of car talk and general socialising culminating in the award presentation at 2:30pm.

Much to my surprise but immense pleasure I won the trophy for Best in Class 1990's. It is the second year in a row that a JCCT car has won this award as Rod Force won it last year with his XK8. It is also the second time that the XJ-S has won the award.

The Club would like to say "thank you" to Rod Belbin and his team, Ross and Toby for a great day - they even pulled a few strings with the weather gods!
